Tiffany Maloney, E-RYT 200, PRYT - Owner/Directer of LoveYoga has been Practicing yoga for 20 years. Her career as a classical dancer and traning in dance and musical theater are what originally led her to her to a yoga mat. After discovering a love for teaching dance, but a conflict of constantly teaching perfection, the true MESSAGE of yoga took root and gave her wings. "Teach Acceptance". That's the Beauty. The process of the yogic path is understanding that we are all divine and perfect. Tiffany's teaching style is to bring out that divine perfection with precise anatomical alignment cues, down to earth philosophy, and an ability to create a space for each student to be OK with being where and WHO they are RIGHT NOW. Tiffany teaches in the Vinyasa Flow style, but is also trained in Restorative, Pre-Natal, and Ashtanga Yoga. She offers gratitude to her teacher Seane Corn for her love, support and encouragement, and for all of her fellow leaders in the Off The Mat Into the World program for their continued support, mentorship and guidance. Namaste.
